Templ One of the country's top General Contractors is searching for a Construction Quality Control Manager for Federal constrution project to join their team. Responsibilities:
Develop and implement quality control procedures and policies Create and maintain documentation for quality inspections, audits, and reports Conduct regular quality control inspections on construction sites and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations Collaborate with project managers and teams to identify and address quality control issues and provide effective solutions Monitor subcontractors and suppliers to ensure they meet quality control requirements Train and educate employees on quality control processes and procedures Conduct internal audits to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions
Skills:
Minimum 10 years of experience in the construction industry with USACE or Federal Projects Degree in construction or equivalent At least 5 years of experience in a Quality Control role Thorough knowledge of construction quality control processes and standards Familiar with requirements of Federal project experience
Benefits/Compensation:
Base Salary:
