Experience as an assistant store or shift manager in retail with a small team.

Monday - Friday, 4:00pm to 2:00am (Ability to work Saturdays as needed) Logic Staffing is seeking a QA Shift Manager to join our team!
Job Description:
Lead and oversee the entire second-shift operation. Ensure processes are followed as directed by the Operations Manager. Manage project tracking and documentation, including Google Sheets and product tracking records. Monitor and troubleshoot the metal detection process. Coordinate machine calibration and maintain operational accuracy. Keep the team organized, productive, and on schedule.
Position Requirements:
Google Sheets and product tracking records. Highly organized. Dependable and able to work independently. Comfortable managing a small team. Strong with administrative tracking and documentation. Capable of learning the process quickly and maintaining accuracy throughout the project. Must be 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States. Must have reliable transportation. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Must be able to stand for 8-10 hours a day.
