Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM-3:00 PM Job Overview Allegiance Staffing is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented QC/QA Mechanical Inspector to support quality operations at a semiconductor manufacturing facility in Chandler, AZ. The Mechanical Inspector will be responsible for performing quality control inspections of precision-manufactured plastic and metal components to ensure products meet engineering drawings, dimensional specifications, and established quality standards. This position requires strong experience reading mechanical drawings and using precision measurement equipment. Candidates must be able to read and understand GD&T and ANSI symbols. Knowledge of ANSI symbols will be evaluated during the interview process. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with the potential to transition to a direct position upon successful completion of the temporary assignment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform Quality Control inspections of precision-manufactured plastic and metal parts according to mechanical drawings and specifications. Inspect components for dimensional accuracy, workmanship, and compliance with established quality requirements. Read and interpret mechanical drawings, dimensional specifications, tolerances, and inspection requirements. Utilize precision measuring and QC bench tools, including: Calipers Micrometers Dial indicators Height gauges Profilometers Gauge blocks Gauge pins Go/No-Go gauges Other precision measurement equipment Collect, document, and analyze inspection data. Assist the QA/QC team with data collection for experiments, process evaluations, and quality initiatives. Use or train on metrology and automated inspection equipment such as CMM and AOI systems. Accurately document inspection results and communicate quality concerns to appropriate personnel. Work closely with Quality, Engineering, and Manufacturing personnel to maintain high product-quality standards. Required Qualifications The following qualifications are required for consideration: Must be able to read and understand GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing). Must be able to read and understand ANSI symbols. Candidates will be given a quiz during the interview process. Experience using QC bench tools, including calipers, micrometers, gauge blocks, gauge pins, and similar precision measuring instruments. Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings and blueprints. Basic math skills. Basic computer skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately document inspection results. Preferred Qualifications 3+ years of mechanical inspection experience involving precision-machined parts. Experience using Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM). Experience with AOI or other metrology/automated inspection equipment. Previous semiconductor manufacturing experience. Experience inspecting precision plastic and metal components. Compensation $29.00-$35.00 per hour , depending on experience and qualifications.

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM, including alternating
Saturdays Training Shift:
Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM-3:00 PM Candidates must be able to accommodate the required training schedule before transitioning to the regular shift.
