We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and comply with industry regulations. This position requires a strong understanding of quality management systems, as well as experience with quality inspection processes. Duties Implement QA procedures, standards, and documentation. Conduct inspections and audits of products, and processes. Identify quality issues and develop corrective actions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., production, R D, customer service) to resolve quality concerns. Analyze test results and report findings to relevant stakeholders. Maintain accurate and organized records of quality tests and inspections. Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO, FDA, and EU MDR). Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field. Proven experience in quality assurance, quality control, or a similar role. Knowledge of ISO 13485, and FDA regulations is highly desirable. Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
