About Us We're a fun, community-focused taproom with a big beer garden, tons of events, and a steady flow of friendly locals. From tap takeovers and trivia to bingo nights and beer-garden hangs, we're all about great vibes, great beer, and great people. What You'll Do This is a hybrid bartending + kitchen support role. You'll be: Pouring and serving craft beer (and knowing a thing or two about what's on tap) Handling customer service like a champ Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and attentive service throughout their visit Educate guests about different beer styles, brewing processes, and food pairings to enhance their experience Working our simple kitchen line (pretzels, garlic beer cheese, snacks, etc.) Running POS and handling transactions Manage cash handling responsibilities with precision, including cashiering and basic retail math calculations Bussing, cleaning, dishwashing, and keeping the space tidy Uphold all food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures during service Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and food handling protocols Monitor inventory levels regularly, restocking supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations Restocking beer, lifting kegs, rotating inventory Working both inside and in the beer garden Supporting the team however needed to keep the taproom flowing and thriving Who You Are 21+ A strong multitasker and clear communicator Friendly, upbeat, and genuinely customer-oriented A team player who also self-motivates Enthusiastic about craft beer (huge must!) Has service industry or customer service experience Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage diverse guests confidently Beer experience preferred but not required—we can teach you! Strong communication skills to educate guests about products and promote sales effectively Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and special event days Comfortable lifting kegs and being on your feet for full shifts Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling, retail math, and sales transactions Excited to help the Lost Dutchman succeed and grow Requirements Must obtain Food Handler's and RBS certification (can do after hiring) Able to work 10-20 hours per week Open availability preferred (
