In this vital role, you will ensure that all products meet stringent quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements. Your keen eye for detail, mechanical knowledge, and expertise in measurement tools will help uphold our commitment to excellence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic production environment where quality is at the forefront of every process. Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products using precision measuring instruments such as height gauges, coordinate measuring machines (CMM), and vision inspection systems. Interpret mechanical blueprints, manufacturing documents, and technical specifications to verify dimensional accuracy and adherence to quality standards. Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues promptly and implement corrective actions aligned with regulatory/legal compliance standards. Experience Proven experience in quality control or quality assurance within a manufacturing environment, good math skills. ( We manufacture parts for Aircraft ) 2 years minimum hands-on experience with use of measuring instruments such as height gauges, dial indicators, perform dimensional and visual inspection based on company and customer requirements. First Articles, production and Final inspections. Familiarity with dimensional measurements, mechanical blueprint interpretation, and the use of coordinate measuring machines (CMM). Data entry and reports. Excellent attention to detail combined with strong communication skills for effective documentation and reporting. Responsible, on time to work schedule. Able to work independently and as a part of a team.
Pay:
From $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
