Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and energetic QA Inspector to join our team on the third shift. In this vital role, you will ensure that all products meet stringent quality standards by conducting thorough inspections, measurements, and audits throughout the manufacturing process. Your expertise will help uphold our commitment to excellence, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic organization committed to quality assurance within manufacturing. Responsibilities Review quality-related documents, including but not limited to protocols; qualification, validation; including raw data and temperature charts. Tracking and trending of out-of-specification results, failure investigation, deviations, change controls (equipment and document), complaints, recalls or field alerts. Monitoring and verification of qualification and validation processes to ensure compliance with written protocols, and regulatory requirements, as applicable. Inspection and release of manufactured products, raw materials and/or chemicals, as possible. Monitoring all production processes in the encapsulation, compounding, gelatin and weigh rooms. Monitoring all inspection processes in the encapsulation room to ensure that SOP's and cGMP's are followed. Qualifications 1-2 years of previous quality-related work experienc. Excellent analysis skills with attention to detail; ability to perform data collection accurately and efficiently. Basic math skills for dimensional analysis and measurement calculations; strong written communication skills for reporting findings. Ability to work independently during third shift hours while maintaining high levels of accuracy and safety compliance.
