Quality Control Technician

Job Description

Quality Control Technician - 2nd Shift We are looking for a Quality Control Technician to join our 2nd shift team. This role will be responsible for inspecting materials and products throughout the manufacturing process to make sure everything meets quality and documentation requirements. Responsibilities Perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspections of raw materials, components, in-process materials, and finished products Review donor records and documentation for accuracy and compliance Complete quality inspections and documentation during receiving, in-process, and testing activities Perform label inspections to ensure accuracy and proper placement Audit manufacturing processes to make sure procedures are being followed and materials are properly segregated Create and follow up on non-conformance reports (NCRs) through final disposition Enter and transact parts and in-process audit information in Oracle Assist with special quality projects and other duties as needed Requirements At least 1 year of experience working in a regulated manufacturing environment High school diploma or equivalent Basic knowledge of inspection tools; experience with micrometers and calipers is a plus GMP or GLP experience is a plus Strong attention to detail and a good work ethic Strong documentation skills Basic computer and data entry skills Preferred Qualifications Medical device manufacturing experience Cleanroom manufacturing experience Quality certifications such as CQIT or similar
