You'll check, test, and make sure every part rolling off the line meets the mark. We are seeking an experienced Aerospace Quality Inspector to perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections of aircraft components. This role requires extensive experience with CMM equipment, GD&T interpretation, precision measuring instruments, and AS9100 quality standards to ensure products meet customer and engineering specifications. Education Requirements High school diploma or GED required. Experience Requirements 3-5+ years of aerospace or aircraft component inspection experience

Experience operating CMM equipment and inspection software

Knowledge of GD&T and blueprint reading

Experience generating NCRs, CARs, and RMAs

Familiarity with AS9100 quality requirements

Strong understanding of calibration processes and inspection procedures Job Duties Inspect aerospace components using CMMs, prints, CAD models, and inspection plans

Verify dimensions, surface finishes, plating, hardness, and geometric tolerances

Perform inspections using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, comparators, and other precision tools

Complete complex setups using sine plates, gauge blocks, indicators, and surface plates

Identify defects, nonconformances, and visual discrepancies

Create NCR, CAR, and RMA documentation as needed

Maintain calibration records and inspection logs

Follow quality procedures, routers, and engineering specifications Preferred Qualifications Previous quality inspection, quality assurance, manufacturing, or production experience is preferred.

Technical training in manufacturing, quality assurance, or inspection procedures is beneficial.

Experience performing first article, in-process, or final product inspections is beneficial.

Knowledge of ISO standards, statistical process control, quality documentation, or corrective action procedures is considered an asset.

Individuals who demonstrate accuracy, professionalism, and a commitment to producing high-quality work are well positioned for success as a Mechanical Inspector. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform inspection activities throughout the shift.

Ability to lift products or materials weighing up to 50 pounds when required.

Ability to use precision measuring instruments and inspection equipment with accuracy.
