In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining t-shirt printing presses, ensuring high-quality production of custom apparel. Duties Set up and operate M&R screen printing presses for t-shirt production, ensuring precise registration and color accuracy Manage prepress processes including screen preparation, color matching, and layout adjustments to ensure vibrant, consistent prints Conduct quality control checks throughout the printing process to maintain high standards and identify any defects early Maintain equipment by performing routine cleaning, troubleshooting, and minor repairs to minimize downtime Experience Proven experience in screen printing, preferably in a manufacturing or commercial setting Strong knowledge of prepress techniques, color management, and layout design principles Ability to perform quality control inspections and ensure adherence to print advertising standards Basic mechanical skills for equipment maintenance and troubleshooting Knowledge of typography and print layout principles to achieve visually appealing results Join us in creating vibrant apparel that makes a statement!
