Job Summary We are hiring an experienced Quality Technician III to join a growing manufacturing team in Loveland. This is a hands-on quality role supporting production through dimensional inspections, CMM operation, First Article Inspections, and quality documentation. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with CMMs, Zeiss Calypso, GD&T, PPAPs, FMEAs, First Article (FA) Inspections, and precision measuring equipment. This position also provides support and guidance to other Quality Technicians as needed.

Full-Time | Day Shift (8:00 AM-5:00 PM or 10:00 AM-6:00 PM) Responsibilities Perform first article, in-process, final, and visual inspections Operate CMMs (Zeiss Calypso) , optical comparators, and precision measuring equipment Inspect injection molded and machined parts to customer specifications Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, drawings, and specifications Create nonconformance reports (NCRs) and support MRB activities Assist with PPAPs, FMEAs, and First Article Inspections Develop inspection plans and review production for quality compliance Support internal audits and maintain QMS documentation Train and provide coverage for Quality Technicians I & II as needed Work closely with production, engineering, and quality teams Qualifications 4+ years of quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment Experience operating CMMs (Zeiss Calypso preferred) Experience with PPAPs, FMEAs, and First Article (FA) Inspections Strong understanding of GD&T and blueprint reading Experience using calipers, micrometers, comparators, surface plates, and other precision measuring tools Experience in
