Job Description
Our client in Naugatuck, CT is looking for a Quality Inspector. 1st shift position Inspect materials, components, and finished products for quality compliance Perform first-article and in-process inspections Use mechanical gauges, CMMs, and other measuring tools Document inspection results accurately and maintain records Identify defects and report issues to production/engineering Support continuous improvement and corrective actions Ensure compliance with specifications, standards, and safety protocols Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain product quality
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in manufacturing or quality control Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings Proficiency with measuring tools, gauges, and inspection equipment Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good communication and teamwork skills Must be able to repetitivley lift, push, pull, and bend up to 50lbs Walk-Ins Welcome!
