full-time We are seeking a Quality Inspector to join our client's manufacturing team in Milford, CT! This is a full time position with a successful aerospace company that offers great benefits. 1st shift: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm plus overtime Pay rate $20-27/ hour Responsibilities Perform inspections on incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products according to established quality standards and specifications. Use measuring tools and equipment such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify product dimensions and compliance with requirements. Document inspection results, including identifying and recording nonconformances and defects. Ensure all materials and products meet quality requirements before proceeding to the next stage of production or shipment. Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in quality inspection, quality control, or a manufacturing environment. Familiarity with quality control processes, inspection techniques, and measurement tools. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, work instructions, and quality standards. Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify defects and nonconformances. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Experience using inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges. Basic computer skills and familiarity with quality documentation systems. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
