We are seeking detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Inspectors to join our quality control team for weekend coverage. In this role, you will perform visual and dimensional inspections on products, monitor manufacturing processes for quality standards, and ensure strict compliance with safety and operational guidelines. We have flexible shift opportunities available across Friday, Saturday, and Sunday for 8-hour or 12-hour schedules on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts.

Responsibilities:

Quality Inspection:

Perform thorough visual and dimensional inspections on products to ensure full compliance with specification standards.

Defect Reporting & Containment:

Identify non-conforming parts or product defects immediately, notify supervision, and place hold tags to contain quality issues.

Process & Safety Compliance:

Ensure all operations strictly follow written work instructions, standard operating procedures, and safety regulations.

Documentation & Communication:

Maintain accurate daily quality logs, record inspection results, and collaborate effectively with production personnel and management.

7:30 AM - 4:45 PM (Various Shifts Available)

Skills:

Previous experience in quality assurance, quality control, or inspection within a manufacturing environment

Hands-on experience using precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, or gauges)

Familiarity with defect reporting workflows, first-piece inspections, and root-cause problem solving

Education:

No Degree Required Experience:

1-4 years

Qualifications:

Basic math, reading, and computer skills with strong attention to detail

High visual acuity to perform accurate visual inspections and identify product defects

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to report defect issues promptly to supervisors

Capability to understand, follow, and enforce written work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures

Strong organizational and time-management skills with a defect-free, quality-first mindset
