S_177674 A growing fabrication company is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to support daily production quality across all departments. This is a Quality Inspector position is a hands-on role that requires continuous movement throughout the shop, performing inspections, verifying measurements, and ensuring powder-coat finishes meet company standards. This is not an office position - it is an active, shop-floor quality role essential to maintaining high production standards. #IND123
Responsibilities:
Perform in process and final inspections across all fabrication departments Check production measurements using digital calipers and other precision tools Inspect powder coat finishes for color consistency, coverage, adhesion, and overall acceptance Verify parts meet fabrication requirements, tolerances, and customer specifications Document inspection results and communicate issues to supervisors and production teams Work closely with the Quality Supervisor to maintain consistent quality standards Identify defects, non???conformities, and opportunities for process improvement Ensure compliance with company quality procedures and safety guidelines Roam the shop throughout the day to conduct inspections as production progresses Working hours: 6:00 AM - 4:30

Qualifications:
