Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Working knowledge of
ISO 9001
2015 Incoming, in-process, and final inspection of parts (variable and attribute gaging, visual inspection) and raw materials Micrometer Calipers Optical Comparator Vision System Scales Magnetic testing equipment, including pull force Inspected material management in ERP system Lot tracking Gage calibration system maintenance - keep calibration tracker up to date and ensure gages are calibrated prior to their expiration date Gage inventory management Train manufacturing personnel in proper gage usage Drawing review during quotation process ITAR print and documentation control Corrective/preventative root cause analysis Facilitation of Gage R&Rs and Capability Studies Quality audits Non-conforming material control and tracking Continuous improvement activities participation Certificates of Conformance that comply with customer requirements First Article Inspection, AS9102, AIAG layouts, and incoming inspection reports based on customer prints and engineering standards Working knowledge of magnet material types and grades BH Curve assessment for compliance to customer prints Computer skills: Microsoft Office ERP System (EPICOR experience preferred) TEAMS Education and/or
Work Experience Requirements:
Powdered metal and magnet experience preferred Print reading GD&T Basic computer skills, including data entry into ERP system Basic math, including decimals and fractions Ability to think analytically Work independently
