Job Description

Job description We are seeking a self-starter to join our Team as a Quality Technician! Tube Wright Inc. is a world-class manufacturing company focused on providing quality tubing and cooling assemblies with the highest level of customer service and timing. We make parts that keep your ATV cool, make your SUV cooler, and keep our world's supply chain running smoothly. In this role, you will be responsible for all quality inspections and ensuring all outgoing products meet our tight quality guidelines. Responsibilities Include:
Measuring and verifying parts, including first piece approvals and receiving inspections Using calipers, micrometers, comparator, and various gages Writing, understanding, and implementing work and set-up instruction. Assisting in process audits. Overseeing non-conforming product to update material log and problem solve Assisting in 8D problem solving and root-cause analysis Performing various tests including leak testing, internal cleanliness, among others
Requirements:
Automotive quality experience preferred but not required Knowledge and proper use of measurement tools (calipers, comparator, etc.) Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds Ability to read blueprints Knowledge of gage R&R practices Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office Strong written and oral communication skills Why you should work for
