Materials Specialist at Brickworks Property Restoration We're hiring a Materials Specialist who takes ownership of the yard the way our crews take ownership of the job site. This role exists for one reason: when materials are staged, stocked, and ready, our field teams execute without friction. If you're the kind of person who notices what's missing before anyone asks and keeps things running tight without being told — we want to talk.

What You'll Own:

Full yard inventory management — intake, organization, accurate counts, and reorder awareness Material staging and prep for upcoming projects, coordinated with the operations team Loading and unloading trucks and trailers with accuracy and care for material condition Tracking tool and equipment movement in and out of the yard Maintaining a clean, organized, and OSHA-safe yard environment Identifying inefficiencies and flagging shortages before they become field problems

What We're Looking For:

Prior experience in construction materials, masonry supply, warehouse management, or yard operations — masonry/waterproofing knowledge is a plus Strong organizational instincts and an ownership mentality Able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors year-round (this is Michigan — you know what that means) Valid driver's license with a clean record Detail-oriented, proactive, and not afraid to take initiative
