Coon Rapids, MN Wage:

$20.00•$23.00/hr.

Hours:

5:00 AM•3:30 PM (Monday•Thursday) Benefits of the quality technician: Consistent four-day work week Comprehensive benefits upon hire Profit sharing and 401(k) match Free access to an on-site gym Monthly safety meetings and daily warm-ups Clean, well-lit manufacturing setting Long-term growth with a leading brand Duties of the quality technician: Perform inspections on metal fitness equipment parts Inspect welding, laser, and tube bending output Monitor the paint line and assembly for defects Verify products meet technical standards Document results and report quality issues Participate in all safety training and meetings Handle and inspect parts up to 50 lbs. Navigate a large-scale production floor Requirements of the quality technician: Proven manufacturing experience Ability to stand for a 10-hour shift Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Steel-toe boots or shoes Pass a background check and drug screen
