$15 / hour Job Description Inspectors - All Shifts Available 1st shift: 7am to 3pm 2nd shift: 3pm to 11pm 3rd shift: 11pm to 7am Kernersville, NC $15/hr- Visually inspect the product for defects and/or contamination according to product specific work instructions and departmental standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure quality of manufactured goods.
- Ensure correct quantity of manufactured goods.
- Inspect sealed bags and box products for quality prior to shipment to internal and/or external customers.
- Operate bag-sealing equipment.
- Weigh, document, and discard scrap generated from equipment.
- Notify operators to ensure machine adjustments are made when necessary.
- Package product for shipment to internal or external customers.
- Maintain organized paperwork and records.
- Maintain production level to standard.
- Follow all quality guidelines in the performing of job function.
- Train new associates in all aspects of the job when necessary.
- Work in other areas and departments as requested.
- Adherence to all regulatory and company safety rules, procedures, and policies; including PPE requirements.
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace. Must follow contamination-control cleaning guidelines.
- Perform all other duties as assigned
