Job Description
About the Role As a Quality Control Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the integrity and precision of our manufactured components. You will utilize advanced measurement tools and technical expertise to verify that all products meet rigorous quality standards, directly impacting the reliability of our final assemblies. Responsibilities Execute comprehensive mechanical and visual inspections across receiving, in-process, and final production stages to ensure zero-defect output. Perform First Article Inspections (FAIs) to validate that manufacturing processes align with strict quality management system requirements. Maintain precise inspection documentation and digital records to ensure full traceability and compliance. Operate and program Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and various precision hand tools to verify complex tolerances. Collaborate with engineering teams to analyze discrepant materials and contribute to effective root-cause resolution. Support the maintenance and calibration of measurement instrumentation to uphold
