Job Description
Job Summary Our client in Salem, NH is looking to bring on a QC Inspector. This is a 1st shift temp to hire opportunity. Duties The Quality Control Inspector II conducts more complex inspections of subassemblies, parts, fibers, and/or clean room products to ensure conformance with established quality standards. Conduct more complex inspections of subassemblies, parts, fibers, and/or clean room products. Interpret work orders, blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine inspection requirements. Perform in process and finished goods inspections in accordance with SOPs and quality plans. Use precision inspection and measurement tools to evaluate product conformance. Apply established acceptance criteria and assign failure modes per SOPs. Accurately document inspection results, measurements, and nonconformances in required systems. Requirements 3+ years of experience in quality control or quality assurance within a manufacturing environment, with a strong understanding of quality systems such as QA/QC protocols. High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of two years demonstrated experience performing inspections in a manufacturing or quality environment, usually as an entry level Quality Inspector. Ability to read and interpret work orders, drawings, blueprints, and specifications. Strong attention to detail and sound judgment in applying inspection criteria.
