Full-Time About the Opportunity Join a quality-focused manufacturing team where your expertise directly contributes to the reliability and performance of precision products. We're seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to support receiving, in-process, first article, and final inspections in a hands-on manufacturing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced inspector who enjoys working with precision measurement equipment, interpreting technical drawings, solving quality issues, and collaborating with manufacturing teams. What You'll Do Inspect incoming materials, components, work-in-process, and finished products for dimensional, visual, and specification compliance. Perform first article, receiving, in-process, and final inspections according to established procedures and customer requirements. Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, specifications, manufacturing instructions, and other technical documentation. Use precision inspection equipment including micrometers, calipers, height gauges, gages, dial indicators, optical comparators, CMMs, and vision measurement systems . Apply GD&T principles to evaluate dimensional requirements and product conformity. Document inspection results accurately and maintain quality records using electronic systems and standard office software. Identify nonconformances, prepare documentation, and work with internal teams and suppliers to resolve quality issues. Support calibration of inspection equipment and coordinate outside calibration services when needed. Complete First Article Inspection documentation, including AS9102 , where applicable. Analyze inspection results, identify trends or potential issues, and contribute to corrective actions and continuous improvement. Communicate effectively with production, engineering, quality, suppliers, and other stakeholders. Assist with training and other quality-related activities as needed. What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher is a plus. 2+ years of hands-on quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong experience with dimensional inspection and precision measurement tools. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical specifications. Working knowledge of GD&T . Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills. Comfortable using computers and quality documentation systems, including Microsoft Office/Excel. Clear written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and collaborate effectively with a team. Experience with CMM, optical/vision measurement systems, AS9102, ISO 9001, or military/industry specifications is a strong plus. Why Consider This Opportunity?
