In this role, you will be responsible for conducting precise quality inspections, supporting quality assurance processes, and maintaining compliance with industry regulations. Your expertise will help uphold product integrity, improve quality systems, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Duties Perform detailed quality inspections using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and vision inspection systems to verify product specifications. Conduct quality audits to ensure compliance with
ISO 13485, ISO 9001, FDA
regulations, and other relevant standards. Utilize calibration tools and coordinate measuring machines (CMM) to assess dimensional accuracy and consistency of manufactured parts. Collect and analyze data related to quality metrics, non-conformances, and process deviations to support root cause analysis and corrective actions. Support manufacturing teams by implementing quality control procedures aligned with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point), and other quality management systems. Assist in the development and maintenance of quality documentation, reports, and records for audits and regulatory reviews. Participate in internal and external quality audits to verify adherence to established standards and identify areas for improvement. Requirements Proven experience in quality control or quality inspection within a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of
ISO 13485, ISO 9001, FDA
regulations, GMP, HACCP, and related quality standards. Proficiency with measurement tools including calipers, micrometers, vision inspection systems, and coordinate measuring machines (CMM). Familiarity with calibration procedures for precision measuring instruments. Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret data accurately and identify trends or issues. Experience supporting quality assurance initiatives such as audits, process validation, and non-conformance investigations. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
