Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Production Associates to join our team in Fernley, Nevada. This position operates in a fast-paced production environment and is responsible for packing parts and performing quality inspections to ensure products meet established company standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to maintain productivity while performing repetitive tasks. Key Responsibilities Accurately pack parts according to established procedures and specifications Inspect products for defects, damage, and inconsistencies Perform routine quality checks to ensure compliance with company standards Follow all work instructions, procedures, and safety guidelines Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Report quality concerns, defects, or discrepancies to supervisors in a timely manner Meet production and quality goals while working efficiently as part of a team Qualifications & Skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to follow instructions and work independently Good hand-eye coordination Ability to stand for extended periods during scheduled shifts Ability to perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday Ability to lift 10-15 pounds regularly and up to 40 pounds occasionally Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or production experience preferred, but not required Dependable attendance and a positive work ethic Work Schedule Rotating 2-2-3 schedule 12-hour day shifts 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM Opportunity for consistent full-time hours

Pay:

From $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
