Position Summary Xtreme Cubes is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to ensure our products meet company quality standards, customer specifications, and industry requirements. This position is responsible for inspecting materials, components, and finished products throughout the manufacturing process, identifying quality concerns, documenting findings, and working closely with production teams to ensure corrective actions are taken. Work Schedule Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. Mandatory overtime is required based on business needs. Employees must be available to work overtime as scheduled. Essential Responsibilities Inspect incoming materials, in-process assemblies, and finished products to ensure compliance with company standards, customer specifications, and engineering requirements. Perform visual and dimensional inspections using measuring tools and inspection equipment. Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions. Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records using a tablet and company software. Identify non-conforming materials and products and communicate findings to production and management. Verify corrective actions have been completed before products move to the next stage of production. Assist with root cause investigations and continuous improvement initiatives. Work closely with production teams to maintain quality throughout the manufacturing process. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous quality control or manufacturing inspection experience preferred. Working knowledge of welding processes and fabrication. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings. Working knowledge of carpentry and general construction methods. Experience using measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, micrometers, and gauges. Comfortable working from a company-issued tablet to complete inspections and documentation. Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office applications. Experience with SmartSheet is preferred. Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb throughout the workday. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures.
