Specializing in toxicology, molecular diagnostics, and infectious disease testing, we empower healthcare providers with the data they need to make informed decisions. Our team is driven by a shared mission to improve patient outcomes and support the evolving needs of healthcare through science, service excellence, and cutting-edge technology. We are seeking a motivated Quality Assurance Intern to support our QA team with quality system review, data analysis, and process improvement. This role provides hands-on experience with healthcare quality systems and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities
- Support QA oversight of the Intellect quality management system.
- Review system usage, SOPs, and training materials to identify workflow gaps and risks.
- Analyze quality data, including: o Nonconformance trends and closure timelines o Training completion and competency records o Calibration and maintenance activities
- Identify trends, gaps, outliers, and compliance risks.
- Develop simple charts, tables, and summaries of findings.
- Assist with End User Guidelines for key Intellect modules.
- Support reviews against CLIA, CAP, and
NYS CLEP
requirements. Qualifications- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or a related field.
- Basic data analysis skills; Excel preferred.
- Strong attention to detail.
