Job Description Day-to-Day:
  • Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines using Oracle SQL and Databricks
  • Pull and transform data from enterprise data warehouses
  • Manage and support CMMS database environments
  • Work with bronze and silver layer Databricks data structures
  • Ensure data quality, validation, and reporting readiness
  • Partner closely with Project Managers and business stakeholders
  • Support ongoing modernization and expansion of the Databricks environment
  • Deliver clean, usable datasets to reporting and Tableau teams

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Data & QA Analyst for a leading healthcare organization in New York City. This individual will play a critical role in advancing the organization's data platform initiatives, with a heavy emphasis on Oracle SQL, Databricks, and data pipeline development. The ideal candidate will have strong experience extracting and transforming warehouse data, managing database environments, and ensuring high-quality data delivery for reporting and analytics teams. Skills and Requirements Must Haves:
  • 5+ years of relevant Data Analytics / Data Engineering experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Hands-on experience with Databricks
  • Strong Oracle SQL expertise
  • Experience building and maintaining data pipelines
  • Experience collaborating with Project Managers and technical teams
  • Healthcare industry experience
  • Facilities, Real Estate or Construction experience
  • Experience with Procore
  • Experience with Oracle Unifier
  • Experience with Primavera P6
  • Experience using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) tools
