We have open roles in four areas: Production Support, Quality Inspection, Material Handling, and Quality Team Lead. Pay depends on the role. This is a 1st shift schedule. What you will do You support production, warehouse, and manufacturing work at our client's site. You move new vehicles through the repair and shipping process. You apply protective wrap. You apply grounding strips before paint. You inspect parts and materials. You check for defects. You report what you find. You drive a tugger. You deliver materials to line stations on a set route. You assemble, sort, and package parts. You use hand tools or equipment. You read work orders and follow them. You keep your work area clean and safe. You show up on time, every time. If you apply for Quality Team Lead, you will also: Plan the team's daily work. Train and coach inspectors. Track quality results and flag problems early. Keep accurate time and production records. Act as the main contact for the customer on your shift. What the job requires You can spot a defect by sight — wrong color, wrong shape, wrong size. You can hear unusual sounds in a loud plant. You can stand and walk on concrete for up to 12 hours. You can bend, kneel, crouch, and reach overhead. You can lift, carry, push, and pull up to 35 lbs. You have steady hands for close inspection work. Production Support roles require a valid driver's license. You must be able to drive a manual transmission. You must be authorized to work in the United States. What helps, but is not required Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or automotive work. Clear communication. You follow instructions the first time.
