Job Description

This hourly role follows the Scotts/Hawthorne step pay progression scale and typically starts at $29.40 per hour and is paid weekly. Scotts/Hawthorne will consider various factors in determining the actual pay including your skills, qualifications, experience, and geographical location.
Analyze samples via spectrophotometric, chromatographic, and wet chemistry techniques.
Record laboratory information in SAP for product release.
Report results to operations.
Perform daily calibration and preventive maintenance on lab instruments.
Complete housekeeping and 5S tasks.
Keep all laboratory data management records up to date.
Complete special projects and reports as assigned. In this role you will:
Gather and prepare samples for chemical analysis.Analyze samples via spectrophotometric, chromatographic, and wet chemistry techniques.
Record laboratory information in SAP for product release.
Report results to operations.
Perform daily calibration and preventive maintenance on lab instruments.
