Monday-Friday, day shift

Hours:

7:00 AM-4:00 PM, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, or 9:00 AM-5:00

Full-Time Aerospace Quality Inspector

•Must-Have Requirements High school diploma or GED Previous quality inspection experience Aerospace inspection experience preferred Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications Experience using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges Strong attention to detail Ability to document inspection results accurately Knowledge of quality control procedures and inspection techniques Ability to identify defects and non-conforming parts Must pass an FAA-regulated drug test Must pass a background check NDT experience is a plus Aerospace Quality Inspector

•Position Summary The Aerospace Quality Inspector is responsible for inspecting aircraft parts and assemblies to ensure they meet engineering specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to interpret technical documentation, and hands-on experience using precision inspection equipment. The Quality Inspector will work closely with production, engineering, and management to identify quality issues and ensure non-conforming materials are properly documented and addressed. •Essential Duties & Responsibilities Inspect aircraft parts, components, and assemblies for quality and conformance Perform dimensional inspections using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measuring equipment Conduct detailed visual inspections for surface defects, damage, imperfections, and irregularities Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications Determine inspection requirements and acceptance criteria Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records Complete inspection reports and required quality documentation Verify parts and assemblies meet required specifications and tolerances Monitor manufacturing and assembly processes for quality compliance Identify and report non-conforming materials and parts Assist with corrective action and follow-up on quality issues Communicate quality concerns with production, engineering, and supervisors Maintain inspection records for traceability and regulatory requirements Verify inspection equipment is properly calibrated and functioning correctly Follow applicable aerospace quality standards and procedures Support internal audits and regulatory compliance activities Maintain a clean, organized, and safe inspection area Aerospace Quality Inspector

•Additional Qualifications Aerospace manufacturing or aircraft component inspection experience preferred Knowledge of AS9100 quality standards preferred Familiarity with FAA requirements and aerospace documentation NDT experience or certification is a plus Experience with precision measurement and dimensional inspection Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational and documentation skills Ability to identify problems and communicate issues clearly Commitment to quality, safety, and regulatory compliance #
