Looking for at least 1 year in Quality Control position and ability to read blueprints

PAY:

$19-21/hr DOE Carryout 1st piece inspections, in-process inspections, and final inspections of components machined in-house. Inspect all incoming materials ensuring they are within specified tolerances, of good quality and free of defects. Carryout in-process inspections of general production processes including cutting, polishing, drilling, welding, and assembly. Complete the final project quality control inspection prior to shipping, utilizing the fabrication prints to verify accuracy of measurements, ensuring all product adheres to HDI's standards and specifications, and identifying any missing materials. Identify root cause of non-conformances and make recommendations to senior management of any corrective action needed. Establish, implement, and manage a system to evaluate, monitor, and report quality non-conformance trends. Adhere to established company policies, procedures, terms and conditions that affect quality control. Coordinate and work with engineering department, machining department, and assembly operations to proactively identify and address quality issues.

$19.00 - $21.00 per hour
