State of the Art, Inc. has openings for First and Second Shift Production Workers and Quality Control Inspectors. These positions involve working with extremely small parts requiring excellent visual acuity, good manual dexterity, speed, and an ability to work at the same task throughout the work shift. Our day shift works Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Our night shift works Sunday through Thursday, from 4:25 pm to 12:55 am. Overtime hours may be expected. Initial evaluation at 60 days generally results in a pay adjustment.

After the first full calendar quarter of service there is a bonus program. After one year of service, there is profit sharing and a money purchase pension plan.
