Plant Manager Position Summary:

This position is for a Quality Engineer/Technician who performs quality testing of polymer products and contributes to the sustainability of the ISO9001 quality management system.

Primary Responsibilities:

Perform polymeric materials characterization and product testing according to ASTM, ISO and internal standards Maintain quality and conformity documentation for Polymics products Help coordinate internal, supplier, customer, and registration audits Assist in the sustainability and conformity of the ISO9001 quality management system Conduct internal audits Other responsibilities as required Education, Knowledge, and Skill requirements: 1. Partial or completed bachelor's degree in STEM discipline 2. Experience with ISO9001 or other quality management systems is preferable 3. Audit training and experience is preferable 4. Demonstrated problem solving skills 5. Strong organizational skills and attention toward detail 6. Candidate must be able to multitask by assigned priority 7. Good communication skills a must along with being able to work well with others 8. Strong Microsoft Office knowledge is required 9. CAD software knowledge is desirable
