POSITION SUMMARY

The Quality Technician is responsible for supporting, driving and developing Quality, inspection and Testing capabilities within Manufacturing operations at A.T. Wall. This includes focusing on Customer Quality needs, including Military, Aerospace and Medical customers, day-to-day QA functions, including calibration, inspection and MRB. Driving to meet Manufacturing Quality objectives with the aim of improving first pass yield, repeatability and scrap reduction. Ensuring that products, processes and measurement equipment meet established standards of quality, safety, and performance, whilst maintaining compliance to

ISO 9001

requirements. Perform internal audits, and liaise with Customers, Suppliers and 3rd party auditors as needed. The Technician will also participate in the development of training for manufacturing and QC and Mfg. personnel, and work closely with production teams to resolve issues, ensure compliance with requirements, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and knowledge of quality control processes are essential in this position.

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalent qualification. CQT Certification required.

•Candidates currently working towards certification may be considered Proven understanding of GD&T for interpretation of engineer drawings and ability to read blueprints. Calibration training. A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role. Excellent knowledge of MS Office. Good math and technical skills. Strong understanding of quality control standards and testing techniques. Decent understanding of

ISO 9001

framework. Good technical aptitude, and understanding of inspection and measurement techniques.
