Job Description
We are hiring a Quality Analyst for a well-established company in Greenville, SC. The Quality Analyst is responsible for reviewing collection calls for both compliance and overall call quality , documenting findings, identifying trends, and supporting remediation and reporting. This person will evaluate calls against established scorecards, client requirements, company policies, and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities:
Review collection calls for both compliance and overall call quality Document findings, identify trends, and support remediation and reporting Evaluate calls based on established scorecards, client requirements, company policies, and regulatory standards Identify coaching opportunities to improve consumer experience and overall call qualityRequirements:
1-3 years of experience in debt collection or financial services Prior exposure to call monitoring is important — either from working directly on the phones or reviewing/listening to calls Strong administrative and documentation skills, including Outlook and Microsoft Office Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through Bilingual in Spanish is a plus Comfortable working within a recurring monthly cycle; the specific work may vary throughout the month, but the monitoring and reporting process resets each month Interested in growing into broader ownership of the call monitoring functionCompensation and Benefits:
Hourly pay rate of $22/hr Hybrid schedule once training is successfully completed Temp-to-perm opportunity with potential to convert to a permanent employee FGP offers contract employees benefits including minimum essential coverage insurance, a fixed indemnity plan and a 401k retirement plan once eligibility requirements are met. #staffinglPay:
