$20.00/hr Amer Technology is hiring a Quality Technician to support Schneider Electric's high‑volume logistics and manufacturing operations in Athens, Texas . This role is ideal for someone who is detail‑driven, reliable, and comfortable following structured quality control procedures. About the Role As a Quality Tech, you will perform first‑level inspections using predefined work instructions and quality models. You'll help ensure products and components meet Schneider Electric's specifications before they move through the production flow. Key Responsibilities Verify product and component compliance with established specifications Perform checks according to Work Instructions and quality standards Record inspection results and determine acceptance or rejection Tag, document, and segregate rejected products or lots Re‑carton products as needed Raise quality concerns or findings to the SIM Learn and perform basic system transactions Follow all safety procedures and company policies Perform additional duties as assigned Requirements Minimum 1 year of Quality Control experience Ability to lift 40 lbs Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and move throughout the shift Flexible schedule and willingness to support production needs Comfortable learning new systems and processes Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Shift & Pay 3rd Shift Only 10pm-6:30am Sun-Thur — $20.00/hr Why Work With Amer Technology & Schneider Electric?
