As a Quality Inspector, you'll be the focal point for all QA/QC assessment for our Flexible Pipe Systems business. You will conduct qualitative risk assessments and root cause analysis, provide corrective actions, and support our Quality Management System (QMS) by creating, editing, and reviewing documents aligned with global standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect parts, assemblies, and subassemblies against required engineering drawings, prints, and specifications.

Assure manufactured units meet quality control procedures, engineering specifications, and customer requirements.

Initiate non-conformance reports (NCRs) on all parts and assemblies that do not meet drawing and print specifications.

Initiate corrective action requests when conditions adverse to quality are repetitive in nature.

Partner with manufacturing management and internal process teams to eliminate the root causes of quality problems.

Complete, inspect, and distribute all quality records and documents, performing specialized testing as required.

Verify required tests on all components and completed assemblies.

Shift & Schedule Details

Primary Shift:

Second shift position (7:00 PM

•5:30 AM).

Training Period:

Training will take place on the first shift (8:00 AM

•6:30 PM) until training is complete (timeframe dependent on individual competencies).

Schedule Flexibility:

The plant runs 24/5 and requires coverage 5 days a week. Inspectors will work either an 8-hour or 10-hour shift for 3 to 5 days a week, as dictated by plant necessity. Must be available to work weekends as necessary.

Fuel Your Passion

To be successful in this role, you will:

Have a High School Diploma or equivalent level of education.

Demonstrate proven experience in a Quality Technician or Inspection role.

Be able to read and correctly interpret prints, drawings, and technical specifications.

Display a solid understanding of defects, problem-solving skills, or an enthusiasm to learn and develop your skill set in a hands-on environment.

Have excellent communication skills and the ability to be a valuable, collaborative team player.
