Job Description

Job Summary:
Enso Rings, a leading provider of high-quality silicone products, is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Quality Specialist to join our dynamic team in Lehi, UT. In this part-time role you will help ensure that every product we ship meets the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibility will be inspecting in-house built and incoming silicone products. Additional responsibilities include inspecting customer-returned product, verifying engraved and retail-packaged product, and performing validations on new products. This position works closely with our Quality team and reports to the Manufacturing & QA Engineer.
Product Inspection:
Inspect, disposition, and transfer products after the production and engraving process for defects, damage, or other quality issues Verify engraving, artwork, and retail packaging against approved specifications and reference samples Record and document inspection results, maintaining accurate records of findings and categorizing issues
Customer Returns Processing:
Receive, inspect, and process customer-returned products for defects, damage, or other quality issues Ensure that inspected products are properly sorted and updated in the inventory system
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in quality assurance or a related field is a plus Previous experience in quality control or inspection roles, preferably in a manufacturing or consumer-goods environment Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify defects or deviations from quality standards Comfortable performing repetitive, high-volume visual inspection while maintaining accuracy and consistency Excellent organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and able to learn new software and inventory systems Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements
Schedule:

Pay:
