We are now looking for a Sr. Technician, QA to join our Manufacturing organization in the Operations unit. The Manufacturing organization in the Operations unit ensures safe, efficient, and sustainable production of chemical solutions that meet customer needs across industries. The unit is responsible for operational excellence, continuous improvement, and maintaining high standards in Environment, Health, Safety, and Quality. Manufacturing plays a key role in driving performance, innovation, and collaboration across global sites. This position is located in Washougal, WA. In this role you will be responsible for: Conducting quality assurance testing and inspections on production materials and finished products

Documenting and reporting quality issues, supporting root cause analysis and corrective actions

Collaborating with production teams to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Maintaining accurate records and supporting continuous improvement initiatives What you'll bring to the team: Experience in quality assurance or laboratory testing in a manufacturing environment

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and compliance

Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively across teams

Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement

The starting base range for this role is between $29.06 to $36.33 per year. Salary ranges may vary depending on location and local market conditions. The actual starting salary will be determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant work experience, skills and competencies, qualifications, and wider business and organizational needs.
