Job Description
Waterbury, CT $18.00 hour 1st shift 7:30 am
- 4 pm $19.00 hour 2nd Shift 3:30 pm
- 12 am Are you someone who enjoys working with fabrics, sewing, or hands-on detail work Whether you've used an industrial sewing machine or sew at home as a hobby, we want to hear from you!
What You'll Do:
Work with fabric materials to support production Operate sewing machines (industrial experience a plus, but not required) Measure, cut, and inspect fabric for quality Follow work instructions and production schedules Perform basic data entry or tracking using a computerWhat We're Looking For:
Sewing experience of any kind (industrial, personal, or hobby) Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to work with your hands and stay focused Basic computer skills are helpful Reliable and team-oriented Why Apply Train on industrial equipment- no prior experience required 1st and 2nd shift options for flexibility Clean, organized work environment Opportunity to build a long-term skill set
