About the Sewing Machine Operator Role Crown Staffing is seeking a Sewing Machine Operator for a direct-hire opportunity in Hodgenville, KY. This position uses industrial sewing equipment to produce and alter garments according to customer specifications and quality standards. Operate high-speed industrial sewing machines. Work with materials such as cotton, rayon, polyester, and wool. Measure, cut, pin, and sew fabric pieces accurately. Fit, alter, and create made-to-measure garments. Press garments using hand irons or pressing machines. Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy. Maintain sewing equipment in proper working condition. Follow production instructions and established quality standards. Keep the work area clean and organized.
