Overview We are seeking a skilled and reliable Industrial Production Sewer to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate has experience operating industrial sewing machines in a fast-paced production environment and takes pride in producing high-quality work while meeting efficiency standards. Responsibilities Operate industrial sewing machines (single-needle, double-needle, serger, etc.) Assemble and sew products according to specifications and production standards Read and follow work orders, patterns, and instructions Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and consistency Maintain a clean and organized workstation Meet daily and weekly production goals Report equipment issues or defects to supervisors Follow all workplace safety and quality procedures Qualifications Previous experience as an industrial or production sewer preferred Ability to operate industrial sewing machines efficiently Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to sit for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks Basic understanding of measurements and sewing techniques Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Skills Experience sewing garments, upholstery, automotive, marine, medical, canvas, leather products Familiarity with production quotas and manufacturing workflows Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Join us in creating exceptional garments through your skilled craftsmanship!
