We make equipment for Bouldering, a specific discipline of rock climbing. Our products are used in forests all around the world and in some of the biggest competitions in the US and internationally. We are a tight knit group of people that value making things with our hands, creating quality products, and experimenting with materials to make something new and exciting. You appreciate the feeling of finishing a day of work and being able to look what you have created. You have an eye for detail and know when something does not look right. You are good with your hands, and are comfortable with tools, sometimes dangerous ones. You can sew on an industrial sewing machines. Your sewing quality is remarkable. You may be the fastest seamstress/seamster you know. Maybe the speed and capablilities of home sewing machines annoy you. Maybe you have experience with a fabric cutting knife. Maybe you have a passion for climbing, bouldering, or maybe just the outdoors. Most importantly you are someone who sees that this is opportunity to help a small company grow, and to grow with it.

Basic Qualifications:

Able to speak and understand instructions given in English Ability to complete repetitive tasks Professional production sewing experience Prior experience in a production setting (prefer cut and sew) Capable of lifting 50 pounds unassisted Able to work on foot for extended periods of time Reliable mode of transportation Preferred experience:

• Walking foot industrial machines
• binding attachments
• experience with the following materials 1000D nylon, 420D nylon, 210D nylon fabrics elastic fabrics Webbing and Velcro zipper elastic strips and cordage cordage
