This is a physically demanding position involving HEAVY LIFTING and working in a
VERY HOT
manufacturing environment. Candidates must be comfortable with both before applying. Job Responsibilities Operate and monitor industrial ovens and related production equipment Load and unload heavy parts and materials throughout the shift Perform frequent lifting, carrying, positioning, and handling of production materials Work around industrial ovens and equipment producing high levels of heat Monitor oven cycles, temperatures, timers, and process specifications Inspect parts for defects and quality concerns Maintain production pace and meet established production requirements Follow standardized work instructions and all plant safety procedures Properly wear and maintain required PPE Maintain a clean and organized work area Report equipment, safety, or quality concerns immediately Perform additional production duties as assigned Physical & Environmental Requirements This is NOT a light-duty production position.
Candidates must be able to:
Perform heavy lifting repeatedly throughout the shift Push, pull, carry, and maneuver heavy materials Stand and remain active for the majority of the shift Bend, reach, twist, and perform repetitive movements Work safely in a very hot industrial environment Work around ovens, machinery, and other manufacturing equipment Maintain productivity while performing physically demanding work Qualifications Previous manufacturing, machine operation, automotive production, or industrial experience preferred Industrial oven or heat-related manufacturing experience is a plus Strong attention to safety and quality Dependable attendance and reliable transportation Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions Ability to work overtime as required by production
Compensation Starting Pay:
$22.00/hour If you are comfortable with heavy physical work, repetitive lifting, and working in high-temperature conditions , this position offers a strong starting wage and an opportunity to gain additional automotive manufacturing experience.
