High SchoolResponsibilities Operations & Maintenance:

Maintain, repair, and operate high-pressure steam generation equipment, cooling systems, ventilation, and pneumatic systems.

Work Order Management:

Review, prioritize, and complete daily work orders and time-sensitive assignments efficiently.

Emergency Response:

Monitor and respond promptly to dispatched calls, emergency alarms, and facility communication systems.

Team Collaboration & Service:

Work closely with engineering colleagues, hospital staff, patients, and families in a professional, courteous manner following iRESPECT standards.

Safety & Compliance:

Maintain required inspection records, repair logs, and safety documentation while adhering to HIPAA, infection control, and organizational policies.

Work Environment Care:

Ensure a safe, clean, and orderly environment; clean tools/equipment, report malfunctions, and use resources cost-effectively.

Coverage Flexibility:

Provide relief coverage for nights, weekends, and holidays as needed to ensure continuous hospital operations.
