Job Description

Job Summary Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Tool Room Technician, where your expertise in precision machining, tooling, and mechanical processes will drive the creation and maintenance of high-quality tools and fixtures. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, fabricating, repairing, and maintaining tooling used across various manufacturing operations. Your skills in CNC programming, CAD software, and mechanical blueprint interpretation will be essential to ensure optimal tool performance and production efficiency. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative manufacturing processes while honing your technical skills in a fast-paced environment. Maintain, inspect, repair, and organize molds, dies, fixtures, gauges, and other tooling. Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot tooling issues. Use precision measuring instruments to inspect tools and components. Operate manual machine shop equipment such as mills, lathes, grinders, and drill presses. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications. Make adjustments and modifications to tooling as needed. Maintain accurate records of tool repairs, maintenance, and inventory. Keep the Tool Room clean, organized, and safe. Work closely with Production, Maintenance, Engineering, and Quality teams. Follow all company safety and quality procedures. Any other responsibility or task assigned by supervisor or manager. Your technical expertise will help shape our manufacturing excellence while advancing your career in a vibrant team environment dedicated to precision craftsmanship and continuous improvement.
Pay:
$22.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
