In this vital role, you will be responsible for precision grinding of metal components to meet strict specifications and quality standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about machining and manufacturing, eager to work in a dynamic environment that values craftsmanship and technical proficiency. Duties Utilizes safety standards to use power tools, hand drillers, hand grinders, and other tools as required. Discerns and follows company's casting finish requirements using grinding and bondo as needed. Maintains neat, clean, and organized work area throughout the day practicing 5S guidelines Performs other duties as assigned. Understands how to use and read a tape measure. Understands how to safely use drill presses and the tooling used in them. Understands how parts go together and how to assemble them for paint.
