Tool & Die Maker (2nd Shift)

Job Description

Position Summary We are seeking a highly skilled 2nd shift Tool & Die Maker to build, repair, and maintain custom dies, and fixtures. You will translate blueprints into precision tools that keep our production lines running smoothly. Key Responsibilities Analyze blueprints and CAD designs to plan the layout and sequence of operations. Operate manual machines (mills, lathes, grinders) to craft parts with tight tolerances. Inspect finished components using micrometers, calipers, and gauges to ensure exact dimensions. Troubleshoot tooling issues on the production floor and perform rapid repairs to minimize downtime on progressive dies & hand transfer dies. Assemble and align complex die components, using hand tools for final fitting and polishing.
HOURS:
2:30pm-Midnight, Monday-Thursday. Overtime as needed.
