Shift Pay:

Diamond Casting and Machine is hiring an experienced Die Cast Setup Technician for our 1st shift team in Hollis, NH. In this role, you will lead die changes, troubleshoot equipment, support quality production, and help keep high-pressure aluminum die casting cells running at their best. Job Highlights

• Lead complete die changes, tooling setups, and production start-ups for high-pressure aluminum die casting machines.
• Dial in machine parameters, including melt temperatures, hydraulic pressures, shot speeds, intensification, and cycle timing.
• Safely rig, align, and install dies, trim tools, shot-end components, plunger systems, and cooling/lubrication lines using cranes and forklifts.
• Solve machine, setup, process, and casting-quality issues during start-up and production.
• Partner with Production and Quality teams on first-piece inspections, setup approval, and safe operating practices. Qualifications
• Proven setup or changeover experience in die casting, plastic injection molding, stamping, or a similar industrial manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills with hydraulics, pneumatics, tooling, and production equipment.
• Ability to read and follow setup sheets, work instructions, and technical documentation.
• Experience safely using cranes, forklifts, and rigging equipment.
• High school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Preferred Experience
• Cold-chamber aluminum die casting experience.
• Experience with HPM die casting machines, Visi-Trak systems, or automated robotic cells such as ABB or Fanuc.
• Familiarity with 5S, SMED, lean manufacturing, or casting defect troubleshooting. Benefits
